Scheduling

We’d ask participants to be available evenings from Thursday January 14 through Saturday January 16, and mornings from Friday January 15 through Sunday January 17.

Sessions will likely be 2-3 hours long.

Please consider your plan for ensuring your safety and ours, and download Zoom now.

Safety

Our recommended way of participating is by Zoom. Details will be provided before the meeting, and we anticipate AM and PM sessions, with awarding of CME.

We will still have a local session, and it will be simulcast.

We will adhere to Pitkin County, Colorado, and CDC guidelines. In-person participants will be screened daily.

Meeting

The local meeting will be held at the Base Village Conference Center again, and we are working with our hosts at the Viceroy and the Ski Company to ensure safe ventilation and distancing, while complying with public health orders and guidelines – understanding that these are necessarily fluid.

Participants shall wear masks; we’d ask them to use secondary method if planning on using a vented (e.g., N-95) mask.

Social events will be ad hoc and outdoors. We will not have planned social activities this year.

We anticipate offering CME as usual.
